Local Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Hours

At La Picadera Market, we offer deliveries during the following hours:

  • Tuesday - Friday 8:00 am to 8:00 pm | Next Day Delivery
  • Saturday and Sundays | Same day Delivery

2. Delivery Areas and Fees

We offer different delivery fees based on your postal code. Below are the fees for each area:

    • Free: 33545, 33543, 33544, 33541, 33542, 33576.
    • $10: 33647, 33559, 33549, 33525, 34638, 33558, 33620, 33548, 34639.
    • $15: 33617, 33613, 33612, 33624, 33618, 33626, 33556, 33625, 33614, 33603, 33610.
    • $18: 33607, 33602, 33609, 33629, 33611, 33616, 33634, 33605, 33635, 33615, 34655, 33621, 33606.

    3. Requests for Deliveries Outside of Scheduled Hours

    If you need a delivery outside of the established hours, please contact us through our contact numbers. We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we want to ensure we are there for you and your loved ones.

    Shipping Policy

    We want to ensure that your shopping experience with us is as easy and satisfactory as possible. That's why we'd like to share some important things you should know about our shipping:

    1. Processing Time:

    • All Tampa area will be delivery same day, next day or according to your preference.
    • • Shipments are processed and sent from Monday and  Wednesday to all the Continental US. On Wednesday, we only make shipments to Florida.
    • • Orders placed between Wednesday noon and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. These processing times are to ensure the delivery of refrigerated products in perfect condition.
    • • Keep in mind that if you need your order to be shipped onMonday or Tuesday, you should place it before Sunday. This way, you ensure that your order arrives during thatweek. 

    2. Shipping Cost:

     

    Shipping costs depend on the total weight of the order, dimesions and the shipping address. It is calculated based on the rateprovided by the shipping company; we usually work with UPS.

    The transit time will depend on the shipping method: Ground Delivery takes 1-4 days, and we also offer express shipping options for those who want to receive the products without a prolonged wait. These options include 3-day-select (3 days), 2-Day Shipping, and next-day delivery.

    For the West Coast, even though it's a bit more expensive, due tothe heat and transit time, the only way to ensure refrigerateddelivery is by selecting 3 day-select.

     

    3. Successful Delivery:

     

    To guarantee a successful delivery, make sure to provide an accurate and complete delivery address. If you have any special requests, please contact us before placing your order.

     

    4. If Your Order Arrives in Poor Condition: 

     

    Please contact us immediately, preferably by email at info@lapicaderamarket.com, It's essential that you take photos of the condition of your order to support your claim with the shipping company.
